From Central Europe to the Caribbean—A Culinary Journey of Passion and Place Bohemian Heights was born from a dream and a voyage. Originally from Czechoslovakia, we built a successful restaurant in Toronto, where our passion for food, hospitality, and design took root. But it was a sailing trip through the Caribbean that changed everything.

When we arrived in Grenada, we were instantly captivated—by the island’s beauty, the warmth of its people, and the richness of its land. It felt like home. Guided by a love for sustainability, nature, and authentic connection, we chose to create something new: a restaurant that blends European culinary traditions with the bold, fresh spirit of the Caribbean. Bohemian Heights is our love letter to both worlds.

We are proud to support local farmers, fishermen, and artisans, bringing the best of Grenada’s ingredients to the table in creative, elevated ways. Every dish, every design detail, and every view from our hillside space reflects our commitment to beauty, community, and conscious living.
